When Submitting an Application for Approval You Must Submit the COMPLETED Application Form,

Any Required Drawings or Additional Forms and a Check/Cash For The Fee

Otherwise the Application Will NOT Be Accepted

 

All Applications for ALL Construction REQUIRE Submission of a Plot Plan with the Application

Accessory Building, Deck, Patio, or Porch Application

Storage sheds are Accessory Buildings

Zoning Certificates are not required for patios constructed of poured cement pads or pavers

 

Administrative Appeal Application

To challenge the Zoning Inspector's decision in front of the Board of Zoning Appeals

Must be filed within 20 days of the Zoning Inspector's Decision

 

Agricultural Exemption Form

This Form must be filled out, signed by the declarent & 2 witnesses, notarized

and returned along with the zoning application for processing.
