Any Required Drawings or Additional Forms and a Check/Cash For The Fee
Otherwise the Application Will NOT Be Accepted

Storage sheds are Accessory Buildings
Zoning Certificates are not required for patios constructed of poured cement pads or pavers
Administrative Appeal Application
To challenge the Zoning Inspector's decision in front of the Board of Zoning Appeals
Must be filed within 20 days of the Zoning Inspector's Decision
This Form must be filled out, signed by the declarent & 2 witnesses, notarized
and returned along with the zoning application for processing.
