BZA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Jan. 27th, 7pm

The Liverpool Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a Public Hearing on January 27th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liverpool Community Center located at 6801 School Street in Valley City, Ohio.

The applicants, Lake Shore Leasing INC, DBA EMH Crane ,550 Crane Drive, Valley City, Ohio 44280, representing owners Campbell Construction, 1159 Blachleyville Road, Wooster, OH 44691, with their application and documentation requesting a variance from Article III, Section 303.3(F) of the Liverpool Township Zoning Resolution. The applicants are requesting a reduction of fourteen feet, four inches (14’,4”) from the required minimum setback from the side property line of twenty-five feet (25’) for the purpose of constructing a commercial addition. This request is for the property located at 550 Crane Drive, Valley City Ohio 44280 in Liverpool Township (Parcel No. 025-01B 20-042). The public is invited to attend. The Board will only consider pertinent and probative evidence and is required to dismiss speculative comments as well as subjective and unsubstantiated opinions.
