BZA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: June 23, 7pm, Area Variance

The Liverpool Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a Public Hearing on June 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liverpool Community Center located at 6801 School Street in Valley City, Ohio.

The applicant Neiner, with their application and documentation requesting a variance from Article III, Section 301.4(A) and in conjunction with Section Article VII(I)1. of the Liverpool Township Zoning Resolution. The applicants hereby petition for a 24‑foot variance from the established 66‑foot road right‑of‑way setback requirement, for the purpose of permitting the construction of a 24' × 30' garage addition. The set back measurement is based on Medina County GIS Data. The structure would assist in accessibility for handicap child. This request is for the property located at 2001 Abbeville Rd, Valley City, Ohio 44280 in Liverpool Township (Parcel No. 025-01D-17-019).
