BZA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: MAY 26th, 7pm, Area Variance

The Liverpool Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a Public Hearing on May 26th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liverpool Community Center located at 6801 School Street in Valley City, Ohio.

The Applicant Kronenberger, with their application and documentation requesting a variance from Article III, Section 301.4(B) of the Liverpool Township Zoning Resolution.  The applicants are requesting a reduction of four feet (4’), from the required minimum setback from the side property line of fifteen feet (15’) for the purpose of constructing a deck.  This request is for the property located at 6260 E. Law Rd., Valley City, Ohio 44280 in Liverpool Township (Parcel No. 025-01D-17-016).
