Christmas in the Valley December 13th-14th 2025

Join the  Valley City Community Group for a two day fun filled Holiday event starting on Saturday evening December 13th at 6PM. 

 Everyone is invited to enjoy the “Night Before Christmas in the Valley” Community Sing-a-Long at Emanuel United Church of Christ (6656 Center Rd.), where  you can

sing-long with local church choirs.

Sunday, December 14th.

5K Run: The event officially begins throughout all of downtown Valley City. We start off the day with a 5K run/1mile walk.

Parade: Next up we close the streets for our annual Christmas Parade, complete with marching bands and festive floats.

Activities:  There are lots of kid-friendly activities.

-A special Kids Zone,

-Scavenger hunts,

_ Mrs. Claus story times,

_Cookie decorating and more.

Santa at the Depot:  Of course, don’t forget that our Liverpool Township Historical Society brings Santa to the Depot to listen to Christmas wishes!

Chili Cook OFF: The Fire Station hosts our FREE Chili cook-off contest where you will also find a beer tent, raffles of all types, side boards and chances to win lots of great prizes. Enjoy some chili while you watch the game on the big screen TV, then stroll the downtown street to browse the 70+ Holiday Market vendors scattered in participating businesses throughout the downtown area.
