The Liverpool Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liverpool Community Center located at 6801 School Street in Valley City, Ohio.
The applicants, A1 Top Soil, 9216 Rainbow Hwy, West Salem OH 44287 & Robert G JR Madden are requesting a conditional use certificate from Article VI, Section 601 and in conjunction with Article II, Section 205, of the Liverpool Township Zoning Resolution. The applicants are requesting a conditional use zoning certificate to screen and sell refined topsoil. This request is for the property located at 5630 Boston Rd. Columbia Station in Liverpool Township (Parcel No. 025-01B-04-002).
The public is invited to attend. The Board will only consider pertinent and probative evidence and is required to dismiss speculative comments as well as subjective and unsubstantiated opinions.
