Public Hearing Notice 8/11/26

The Liverpool Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liverpool Community Center located at 6801 School Street in Valley City, Ohio.

Mr. Langham, Valley City, OH 44280, with their application and documentation requesting a variance from requesting an Area Variance Certificate from Article III, Section 301.4(A) and in conjunction with Section Article VII(I)1. of the Liverpool Township Zoning Resolution. The applicants hereby petition for a 22-foot variance from the established 58-foot road right-of-way setback requirement, for the purpose of permitting the construction of a 26' × 26' accessory garage. The set back measurement is based on Medina County GIS Data. This request is for the property located at 5630 Boston Rd. Columbia Station in Liverpool Township (Parcel No. 025-01B-04-002).
